Optimization of manufacturing processes

In collaboration with Platinn, the innovation platform, we have analysed the flow of parts within our production site.

This analysis led to a physical reorganization of the different departments and the flow of parts, with the aim, in the bar-turning sector, of working on the profitability of the production rate of all the machines.
