Fatima joined the KIF Parechoc team in Le Sentier a little over a year ago with the task of setting up a fine planning system using the ProConcept ERP. The objective was to prioritise, anticipate and manage the loads and capacities of the various production units.

With more than 20 years of experience in Supply Chain in the watchmaking industry, she understands the challenges of complementarity between subcontractors and manufacturers. Furthermore, her knowledge of the production environment and her mastery of ERP systems gives her a transversal vision of internal needs and the optimisation of the management system.

Fatima has a great deal of freedom within the team, in which she has found her feet. “What touches me the most is the mutual support and solidarity between the employees. I feel confident, we have the opportunity to propose new solutions and to discuss them freely. The team is dynamic, open-minded, creative and positive,” she adds.

In May 2021 she moved to the position of Supply Chain Manager at KIF Parechoc, where she coordinates planning, purchasing and operational logistics. This internal promotion sounds like a consecration after an improvement in the service rate in recent months.

The new organisation was put in place to increase efficiency and improve the quality of customer service. This is of paramount importance to its director Cyrille Mathieu: “Customer satisfaction is our priority”.
